Fleurie, Moulin-à-Vent, Juliénas, then the golden villages of the south: a day of hills, cellars and light.
Beaujolais is twenty minutes from Mâcon and yet another world: granite hills, ten crus with strikingly different personalities, and winegrowers who have rediscovered their pride.
We build the day around two or three cellars chosen among the northern crus, a lunch rooted in the terroir, then a descent towards the Golden Stone villages, where the ochre stone catches fire in the late afternoon light.
As always, everything is reserved and coordinated before you arrive. All that is left is to enjoy the road.
