A marriage proposal in a Burgundy vineyard, a wedding anniversary, a honeymoon, a reunion after many years: some days deserve to be built around one person, or one moment. We create them among the vines of southern Burgundy, following one simple rule: the person being celebrated has nothing to know, nothing to carry and nothing to plan. They step into the car, and the day starts to unfold.
Everything is prepared with you, in complete confidence. You tell us what your partner or friend loves, their favourite wines, what moves them, what might make them uncomfortable, and the moment you have in mind. We shape the programme around it, book the estates and the restaurant in your name, and correspond with you alone, by email or message, without letting anything slip. Your private page can show nothing but mystery stops, so the surprise holds right to the end, even if someone reads it over your shoulder.
On the day itself, each stop reveals itself in turn: an estate chosen for its welcome, lunch in a stone village, then a quiet moment away from everyone, in a spot we have scouted in advance for its view and for the light at that hour. For a proposal, we agree the timing with you, and Mathis knows when to slip away and when to come back. We do not promise film-set scenery or private venues: what we offer is the right setting, a moment without unnecessary onlookers, and planning that leaves nothing to chance.
The small touches do the rest. A local gift handed over at just the right time, the card you have entrusted to us delivered at the moment you choose, instant photos taken by your chauffeur and given to you there and then: pictures you hold between your fingers, that develop before your eyes and tend to outlast any file on a phone. If you would like to raise a glass, we keep chilled the bottle of crémant de Bourgogne you have chosen, perhaps bought at the morning's estate.
Your chauffeur-host, Mathis, speaks French and English and knows the stories of the villages along the way: he talks when you feel like listening and knows when to stay quiet. The day is spent in a quiet, fully electric saloon, or in a partner van if the celebration brings together up to eight people. The price per person is confirmed before anything is booked; tastings and meals are paid on site. For a proposal, write to us as early as you can: scouting the right spot takes time.

How do you keep the surprise until the end?
We correspond only with you, through whichever channel you prefer, and nothing is ever sent to the person being celebrated. Your private page can show mystery stops only. On the day, Mathis knows the plan and reveals each stop only when its time comes.
Can you help us plan a marriage proposal?
Yes. We look with you for a quiet spot among the vines or facing a view, agree the timing, and Mathis slips away at the right moment. The ring stays in your pocket, of course: we take care of everything around it.
Do you take photos during the day?
Mathis takes instant photos, yours to keep on the spot, and can also use your phone to capture the key moment. He is not a professional photographer: if you would like full coverage, tell us and we will look for an available local photographer, whom you pay directly.
What if it rains on the day?
We always prepare a sheltered alternative: a cellar, a tasting room, a table with a view. The big moment is then moved or shifted within the day, as agreed with you, without the person being celebrated noticing a thing.
Can the celebration last several days?
Yes, for a honeymoon or a wedding anniversary we are happy to build a stay of several days with the same care. Each day can keep its share of surprises, and all bookings are made in your name.
What does the price include?
The design of the day, the bookings, your chauffeur-host, the vehicle, cold drinks on board, the small touches, local gifts and instant photos. Paid tastings, meals and any entrance fees are settled on site, and the price per person is confirmed before anything is booked.
